Refund Policy

How refunds, cancellations and payment disputes are assessed.

Effective date: 16 August 2026

Refund policy overview

Callora provides AI-powered phone receptionist and business communication services. Because our services involve setup, onboarding, configuration and live service delivery, refunds are assessed based on the service purchased, the work already completed and any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Setup and onboarding fees

Any setup, onboarding, configuration or implementation fee is generally non-refundable for change of mind once work has started, except where a refund or other remedy is required by law. This is because these fees cover time and work completed to build, customise and prepare your service.

Recurring service fees

Monthly, weekly or other recurring service fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started and the service has been made available or delivered. If you wish to stop ongoing billing, you must notify us before the next billing cycle begins.

Quotes and custom services

Where services are provided under a custom quote, proposal or client agreement, the refund position may also depend on the terms of that quote or agreement.

When refunds may be available

A refund or other remedy may be available where:

  • we have charged you incorrectly;
  • we have failed to provide the agreed service;
  • there is a major problem with the service; or
  • a refund is otherwise required by law.

Nothing in this policy excludes any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, change in business circumstances, or where you simply decide not to continue after setup or service delivery has begun, unless required by law.

Requesting a refund

To request a refund, please contact us at contact@callora.com.au with:

  • your name and business name;
  • the invoice or payment details;
  • the reason for the refund request; and
  • any relevant supporting information.

We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel an ongoing service, you must notify us before your next billing date. Cancellation will usually stop future charges, but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for amounts already paid.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you believe a payment has been made in error, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue promptly before a formal payment dispute or chargeback is lodged.
